One of my friend, Johan had posted a photo of tendon on FB and claimed that was the best tendon in town, which caught my friend, Kwan's attention; and he was dying to try it. After getting information from Johan, we decided to give it a try.
The restaurant was not easy to be located for me... well, Suntec city is huge and it's just like a maze for me... but good thing is Kwan and Paul are pretty familiar with Suntec city, so they lead the way...
The restaurant was at Eat At Seven, it was quite obvious that it was the only restaurant with long queue, literately we were in the line. We took about 30 minutes to get our seats, it was not too ridiculous.
After we get seated, looked at the menu, it was quite simply; basically everybody are ordering the same thing. Kohaku Tendon.
It was taken too long for the food to arrive, it truly was a catchy eye candy when it placed on my table. The ingredients was fully placed on the bowl, and you can't even see the rice...
The first thing that catch my eye is the giant fried prawn, the crunchy coat fully cover the bouncy fresh prawn, the taste was just right, and the chunky chicken breast meat was juicy and tender, every single bite was a mouthful satisfaction; the tendon also included Calamari, mushroom, long green bean and baby corn, I just simply love every single piece of them, you won't feel greasy at all after finish the entire bowl of tendon.
They also offer the sweet and savory sauce on the table, which goes very well with it. It was a good experience that having this wonderful tendon, I was convinced that it was probably the best tendon in town.
